The Systemic Approach in a Canine Patient with Front Limb Lameness and "Within Normal Limits" Radiographs
Radiographs are the first diagnostic step in a patient with front limb lameness, but sometimes they are “negative” despite severe clinical signs. In these patients, we should look for subtle changes in the bone opacity or entesophytes that can tell us that tendonitis could be present. This lecture wants to provide a guideline for complex cases and focus on what to do next.
